Configuring OPNsense

We can now boot up a kali vm and configure OPNsense from Firefox. Open up Firefox and enter 10.0.0.1 in the address bar.

Click Advanced and Accept the Risk and Continue

Login with root and the password you set at the install.

System Wizard.

After logging in you will be greeted by the system wizard. Click Next.

Make sure Override DNS is uncheckd

Set your timezone and click Next

Scroll down and unckeck Block RFC1918 Private Networks then click Next

Your LAN IP should be 10.0.0.1

If you havn't already, Change the default root password then click Reload.
